Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases made at shopgoldendeluxe.com, operated by Golden Deluxe Corp., 311 Main St, Paterson, NJ 07505. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Returns & Exchanges, Shipping, Layaway and Limited Warranty policies.
Products
We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including its metal, karat, weight and measurements. Photos may show small differences in color or size. Pieces sold by weight are weighed before they ship.
Prices
Many of our pieces are priced by weight: the exact weight of the piece multiplied by our price per gram, which may change with the gold market. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Errors
If a piece is listed with a wrong price, weight or description because of an error, we may cancel the order, even after confirming it, and refund you in full. We will contact you before the piece ships.
Order verification
To protect you and us, we may ask you to verify your identity on orders of $1,000 or more, or when the billing and shipping details do not match. We may cancel orders we cannot verify, with a full refund, and we may decline orders that appear to be for resale.
Payment and financing
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Financing through Shop Pay Installments, Affirm or Acima is provided by those companies under their own terms. With Acima's lease-to-own program, Acima owns the piece until the lease is completed.
Store credit
Store credit has no expiration date and no fees.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
