Golden Deluxe Corp. warrants the jewelry it sells against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date you receive it.
What is covered
- Solder joints that fail with normal wear.
- Clasps that stop working with normal wear.
- Stone settings that loosen with normal wear.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, scratches and loss of shine.
- Chains or links broken by pulling, snagging or impact, and kinks or knots.
- Dents or crushing of hollow pieces.
- Lost or chipped stones, and lost pieces.
- Damage from chemicals, chlorine or improper care.
- Damage caused by repairs or alterations made by someone else.
How to make a claim
Contact us at info@shopgoldendeluxe.com or (929) 431-7980 with your order number and photos. Bring the piece to our store at 311 Main St, Paterson, NJ 07505, or ship it to us there, insured. If the defect is covered, we will repair it, or replace it with the same or a similar piece if it cannot be repaired. You pay the shipping to us, and we pay the return shipping for covered repairs. Repairs that are not covered can be quoted.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

- Free cleaning and polishing for life at our Paterson store.
- Free ring resizing, when the design allows it. A resized ring can no longer be returned or exchanged.
